I ordered a 45cm plyo platform from Atreq on the 2 August. A package was delivered on 7th August, however when I opened it I soon realised a 60cm plyo platform had been delivered.
I called up Atreq to inform of this mistake and was told that nothing could be done for at least a week because the warehouse was shut. A week later when the warehouse was open I was told that they could only deliver the correct item (and collect the wrong one) on a day which I was away on holiday. Due to this I had to wait another two weeks for the item- at least the 2nd September (a month after ordering. I therefore STILL have not received the item).
I have been really disappointed with the service I have received from ATREQ. The incorrect item was supposedly made in the warehouse and sent out to me, and at no point did anyone check that it was the incorrect size. This means I have had an oversized plyo platform clogging up my house for close to a month now. When I called the office I was also made to feel that it was my fault for not being able to take delivery of the item when I was away on holiday. All this when I would have loved to have some new exercise equipment at home due to lockdown etc.
At no point was I offered any compensation for any of these issues.
Overall a very disappointed customer.
